Mumma Bushka

Check out these latest creations by our Design Team using the Mumma Bushka paper! We love how Rachelle has curled the edhes of the flowers and used clear droplets in the centre! Her cute paper strips on the bottom edge of the layout have simply been cut from the Helga patterned paper – they’re made for easy scrapping! Also check out her unique framing idea, by cutting a section of your photo out – makes it really pop huh?

Don’t forget your foam dots and tape for your Mumma Bushka layouts! As Jane shows us below, this paper works great by adding flowers and Babushka dolls onto your projects with foam tape! Jane has also used the cut out journal tags from the Helga paper also.

The fun fair is in town!

The fair is coming to town,

The Children are running around,

With so much excitement that the fair is in town,

Dodgem cars, fairy floss and the Merry-go-Round,

Big top tent, Roaring lions, showbags twirling, and squeals abound,

The Children are excited the fair is in town!

Check out these cute creations by our Design Team using Kaisercraft’s latest paper collection, Fun Fair.

Are you looking for ways to incorporate  many photos onto a layout without looking over-crowded and busy? Check out Melissa Kennedy’s Melbourne Zoo layouts below – here she has used the Fun Fair for her family’s trip to the Melbourne Zoo. Simply add a few strips of patterned paper, cut out a few circles and animal shapes, add some quick journalling, doodling and rub-ons and it’s complete!

Attack of the Kaiser bots

Our fantastic Design Team has created these projects to show you how fantastic those cute little Kaiserbots can be!! Featuring: K-bots paper and Connector kids BTP.

Lisa Hallett challenged herself to only use two of the K-bots papers for this layout. One for layering (Switch) , and another for embellishments (Surge).

Jaimee Voight created this unusual game box and game for her daughters. “The girls love to play ‘party type’ games when its rainy…egg and spoon races and that sort of thing. One of the games we play is hide and seek.. we hide a pile of stuff (usually my teaspoons) and run around looking for them. When I saw these  Connector kids, I knew they would be perfect to play this game with and as the KBots paper reminded me of vintage style toys it seemed a good choice to use.”

So here’s Jaimee’s Hide and Seek Game – she didn’t bother to embellish the ‘kids’ as they get rough handled and had to be ‘kid safe’. She coated each ‘kid’ with two coats of mod podge and threaded a little string through the holes so you can hang them on door knobs etc. All the ‘kids’ store easily in her daughter toy cupboard in a box she embellished with the k-bots paper.
