Beyond the Page project – Devonshire Clock
Today I am showing you the Round Clock decorated with the Devonshire Collection.
I just love the intricate roses featured in this collection and I chose the reverse side of the “Wild Violets” paper to cover the front of the clock. I used the “Sepia” inkpad to colour the chipboard numbers and I then applied some of the black and white and coloured rubons to decorate it before adding a few flowers and pearls to finish it off. I have chosen minimal embellishments to keep it “flat” so that it doesn’t interfere with the clock mechanism.

The clock is a great gift idea for that special someone or even for yourself!

It’s All About Me!
Do you ever scrap about yourself? Renee and I have had some fun creating these two layouts for today, about none other than ourselves!
I know for me personally, I would love to have some pages for my kids about their mum when they get older.
I was drawn to the beautiful colours and patterns of the Gypsy Sisters collection for my layout.
“Note to Self” by Tanya Tahir – Gypsy Sisters papers, die cut elements, letter stickers, chipboard alphabet, pearl strips, flowers
And Renee has used the gorgeous Peachy Keen collection for her sweet layout.
“I find we often scrap about the world around us and forget that we are part of this world. It is important to scrap about ourselves so that in the future our children and ourselves can look back and see what we were feeling at a particular point in time” – Renee
“Looking up” by Renee Ludlow-Peachy Keen papers, die cut elements, embellishment pack, alpha stickers, black rub-ons, pearls (copper)
Most of us tend to scrap about our children or loved ones so why not try a layout all about YOU!
