Sunday Stamping – Part 2
Today I’m going to show you how to use stamps to create a simple paper pieced and stamped card.
“Thanks a Bunch” card by Tanya Tahir – Mini Clear Stamps (Thanks – CS911), La Di Da papers and Embellishment Pack, ‘Hot Pink’ rhinestones, ‘Hot Pink’ inkpad, scallop circle punch, foam tape, white Kaiser Card
Step 1 – Choose which stamps you want to use and stamp them several times onto scrap pieces of patterned paper. I chose “Thanks” (CS911) Mini Clear Stamps.
Step 2 – Decide which parts of the image you want to paper piece and cut them out
Step 3 – Arrange them over the stamped image and adhere using foam tape

Sunday Stamping-Part 1
For my final post of the week I am going to show you a little hanging I have created using the Kaisercraft mini clear stamps. These stamps are so cute and versatile. They are a must in my stamp collection.
“A girl” by Renee Ludlow- Kaisercraft Mini Clear Stamps-New Home, Thanks, Butterflies, Birdies, La Di Da papers, embellishment pack, rhinestones, ink pad (black), Stazon
The frame for this wall hanging was from an old canvas, from which the canvas was removed. Acetate was then adhered to the back of the frame
Step 1: Using the bunch of flowers from the “Thanks”stamp set, stamp across the background using black Stazon ink. Stamp high enough so that the flowers won’t be covered by the hills.
Step 2: Hand cut a hill shape from Skip (reverse). Add this to the background using Kaisercraft mounting foam along the base of the hills.
Step 3: Hand cut some of the flowers from the Hop paper and add these behind the hill.
Step 4: Stamp the small butterfly from the “Butterflies”stamp once onto Dance (reverse) and Sing (reverse). Cut out and add to the background.
Step 5: For the house stamp once onto Hop and once onto Shimmy (reverse). Cut out the roof, door and window from the Shimmy reverse stamp and adhere to the the Hop house using mounting foam. Add to the hills.
Step 6: For the bird stamp twice onto Hop (reverse) and once onto Shimmy (reverse). Cut one whole bird from the Hop paper, and with the other bird only cut the front wing. From the Shimmy bird, cut out the bird minus the back wing. Layer the bird together using mounting foam and add to the background.
Step 7: Embellish the frame with ribbon, rhinestones and a die cut tag, and hang it in any little girls bedroom.
I hope you have enjoyed this final tutorial. I have had a wonderful time bringing you my projects this week, and I hope you have managed to draw some inspiration from them. Thank you for all your lovely comments, I know myself and the rest of the Design Team truly appreciated them.
Stay tuned this afternoon for Part 2 of Stamping Sunday where Tanya will bring you another gorgeous project.
