Birthday Cards

Birthday’s.  If you are anything like me there will be a birthday in just about every month of the year.  So it is always great to have an abundance of handmade birthday cards on hand. Today Tanya and I have four birthday cards to show you using papers from the Q3 collections.

I love the softness of Tanya’s first card using the Devonshire range. The little accents with the pearls gives it a very feminine feel.

Or what about this elegant card also from Tanya using the Gypsy Sisters range.  The black ribbon bow goes so well with this range and really makes the whole card pop!

My first card uses the very fun La Di Da range.  The bright colours make for a very cheery birthday card.

“Birthday card” by Renee Ludlow-La Di Da 6″paper pad, die-cut elements, embellishment pack, Birthday cards rub-ons (RB811), ink pad (brown)

Finally is my last card also using the Devonshire collection.

“Happy Birthday” by Renee Ludlow- Devonshire 6″ paper pad, die-cut elements, embellishment pack, rhinestones, clear stamps, Birthday card rub-ons (RB811), ink pad (brown).

Have you tried using the 6″ paper pads for cards? They are the perfect size and the specialty papers in them give the cards that extra special touch.  Not to mention the die-cuts in them are fantastic to add that little sentiment to.

I hope Tanya and I have inspired you to dig into your craft supplies and  try making some of your own cards for those special loved ones in your life.
