I’m Camilla Ekman from southern Sweden. I work as a Montessori teacher and when I’m off work I do what I love most – that is of course scrapbooking. I am married to Lasse and we have two children, a girl and a boy. When I don’t scrap I enjoy books, travelling and spending lots of time with friends.

How long have you been scrapbooking for and why did you start? I started to scrap in the beginning of 2007. I got an altered match box from a friend as a Christmas gift and started to google for scrapbooking. I’ve always enjoyed papers and photographing.

Where do you get your inspiration from: I get inspiration from fellow scrappers, both online and irl. The internet is filled with goodies. New products always inspires me.

Favourite subject to scrap: My favourite scrapping subjects are my children and my husband, but I also scrap about my nephews and nieces and about trips I make. Sometimes I do pages about myself.

One word to describe yourself? Ambitious.

How would you describe your scrapping style? Romantic with a shabby touch.

Any tips for a New Scrapper? When you buy papers, buy a collection. It’s so much easier to match together.
