Used with a few embellishments, I’ve made a variety of heritage Christmas cards. The one sheet of pattern paper can make quite a lot of cards, providing an economical way of creating cards that I’m sure will be well received.”

Z fold card by Ann-Katrin Toresen

Products used:
Kaisercraft December 25 P717 Festive, P716 Hope,P720 Love,  Paper pad PP850, Wooden Flourish FL362 Sleigh and FL364 Reindeer. Others: glitterglue, spellbinder dies and gold ribbon.

Ann-Katrin says:

“I love vintage Christmas looking cards and December 25th is so perfect for that theme. I have made a ‘Z’ fold card, it’s size when folded correctly is 6 x 6 inch. Start off with a 12×6 inch piece of card. Fold in half, then fold the left 6 x6 side in half again to create a ‘Z’ when looking from above. I like the scene of Santa Clause in the sledge together with two reindeers.”

Remember Christmas with December 25th

Hello everybody. Ann-Katrin and Toni here to show you some layouts done with December 25th. Christmas is a time full of memories and we love to keep those memories in our albums.

 Ann-Katrin says:
“We love to send a Christmas card every Christmas and this is our card from 2009. We can use 2-3 days just to take the perfect picture and then editing how the card will look like. The December 25th is so perfect to give the nostalgic feeling to the Christmas card”.

“I Remember” Layout by Toni Crane

Products used: December 25th Merry (PS161), Love (P720), Peace (P714), Faith (P715), Hope (P716), December 25th Clear Stamps (CS790), Kaisercraft Paper Blooms Cranberry (F638), Kaisercraft Mini Paper Blooms Buttercream (F646), Kaisercraft Pearl Flourish Elegant (PL507), Kaisercraft Cream Lace (EM927), Kaisercraft Mini Crochet Doily Flower Retro (EM952), Chipboard Letters Alpha #1 (CB107).
Other products: Paint, Ink, Holly Ribbon, Dimensional Magic.

Toni says:

“Sometimes we don’t have a photo to go with a story. But that’s no reason to not remember the story by scrapbooking about it. I wanted to share my memories of Christmas’s when I was a child with my boys but I didn’t have any photos. The December 25th range is perfect for heritage Christmas layouts, or even a layout with no photo.
I painted the chipboard letters with gold, then stamped them with a holly stamp, and given them a gloss look with dimensional magic. This way, your title matches your layout perfectly.”

Thanks for looking and remember to scrap your Christmas memories.

Toni says:

“Teaming some of the plainer papers with the busy background papers provides a great contrast and backdrop for your Christmas photos .
