Glue Arts Week – Camilla Ekman

Hi everyone! I have also had the chance to try Glue Arts products. And I made a card to share with you all.

Card “40” by Camilla Ekman: Paper Pad – Chapter One (PP843); Speciality acetate Theatre (PS151)

Other: butterfly punch, scalloped circle punch, flower, leaves, thickers

First I used the Glue Glider PRO to adhere the papers and I really liked how easy it was to load the cartridge.

Then, to create depth to my card I mounted the scalloped circles and the butterflies onto the card using the 3D adhesive foams. I really liked that you can cut as large or small pieces you need.

Finally, I adhered the flower and the leaves using the adhesive squares. Perfect type of adhesives for all flower lovers out there.

Don’t forget to check out all the other great products that are available over at the Glue Arts blog or on their facebook page.

Glue Arts Week – Lesley Cooper

 Hi

I am here to share what I have done with some Kaisercraft goodness and some fabulous Glue Arts products.

I have used the Glue Arts Glue Glider PRO, Raisen’s, U CUT IT and Extreme Adhesive Micro Squares with the Kaisercraft Chapter One Collection to make a box full of note cards. I must say I really do love these adhesive products. They are easy to use and stick really well.

To create the box you need to create two halves which interlock together. Cut and score 2 pieces of patterned paper as per the template.

Sticking the boxes together is really easy with the Glue Glider Pro. Use the glider on the shorter sides (underneath) to glue them to the longer sides. Do this to both parts of your box.

The Raisen’s and U CUT IT are perfect for layered embellishments like the scalloped embellishment I used on top of my box. I used the U CUT IT between the black scallop and the teal scallop and then used the raisen’s to adhere the circle.

To make the notecards I kept the design simple and used white cardstock (7″ x 3 1/2″ folded in half) for the card base. I added a piece of patterned paper 3″ x 3″, a piece of ribbon 3 1/2″ long stamped with a saying and a button. I love the Glue Glider Pro to adhere ribbon and lace to projects – non messy, quick and easy and it stays there! The Micro Adhesive Squares are perfect for those embellishments like buttons. I often use a scapel to remove the square and to place under an object on my project so I dont have to remove it completely from my project first.

Decorate the top of the box and pop your note cards inside and you have a gorgeous gift for someone.

Glue Arts week – Monika Martinson

Hi there, it´s Monika here to share my Glue Arts project. I made a shaker card using beautiful Kaisercraft Pink Gelato 6,5 inch Paper pad, Glue arts 3D combo pack and Glue arts Pro Glider.

Here is what you need if you want to make a card like this:

The base of the card that you decorate, I used a peace of blue cardstock. Something to make up the frame, I used my Spellbinders dies, a peace of cellophane and some beads.

Start by decorating the base of your card. Use the Glue Arts Pro Glider to attach the cellophane to the back side of the frame.

After you have done that, use the Glue Arts 3D adhesive foam blanks all the way around the frame, make sure you don’t leave any openings, otherwise the beads will fall out.

Pour the beads on to the card and glue on the frame. Now all you have to do is finish decorating the card.
