Layouts are labours of love

Now that the ball is rolling, we just can’t stop them (not that we’d want to!) – our digital creative team is cooking with gas!

From old digi collections to our brand new kit, Hideaway, the girls are plowing through layout after layout and, even more importantly, sending them through to us so we can show off what an awesome CT we have.

Firstly, Carole’s adorable Bloom layout, featuring her little sweetheart, Kimberlee – it’s called ‘Sugar and Spice’ and shows why little girls are all things nice!

We also have a ridiculously charming Rough and Tough layout from Leanne, featuring her cheeky son, Jacob – we are loving this photo like nothing else and we think the combination of our Rough and Tough alphas with this ‘That’s My Boy’ rub-on is really cool.

And finally, a very inspirational layout from Brittney, featuring her favourite Starbucks mug and morning coffee, which she describes as “the only way for me to wake up happy.” Yet more proof that you can never tell what kind of photo will form the basis of a really divine layout!

Every single layout you create is a labour of love, so why not try scrapping a photo of your favourite pair of shoes, your favourite spot in the garden or your favourite kind of triple-chocolate cake with fudge frosting? Everything can be beautiful if it’s surrounded by beautiful papers, elements and embellishments, so think outside the box and scrap a photo of something you may not normally have chosen.
