Our Design Team has whipped up a few super cute projects using these pretties to inspire you!!

First up, Nikki Antontello!

Here’s what Nikki had to say about her cute-as-a-button card!

“I recently created a canvas for my Mum with a verse from a favourite poem of hers, which inspired me to make something for myself.  I selected a canvas board (20x25cm) but you can easily choose smaller or larger depending on your purpose.  I used an old Chinese Proverb as my verse, but you would write your own message, use the line of a favourite poem or song….the possibilities are endless.  As the bird and birdcage suited my verse, I simply used them raw, which matched the tones in the papers perfectly”.

Materials: Le Chateau paper collection, Birdcage and Bird Wooden flourishes, Rhinestone strips and Kaisercraft brown ink pad.

“I had some fun with glimmer mist on my layout and used one of the wood flourish frames as a mask on my background.  I then used the misted frame, along with a bird as embellishments on my page”.

Materials: Le Chateau collection papers, Wood Flourish Frame, Wood Flourish Bird, chipboard letters, pearls, Duchess clear stamps, sepia inkpad, glimmer mist, butterfly punch, flower, leaves.
