I am a wife and mother to 3 boys, aging from 10 to 15. I live in Esperance, a small town on the south coast of Western Australia, and work full-time as an advert designer. One of my greatest loves is to take photos and record the memories of my boys childhood in scrapbooking, and creating different things with paper. I’ve also been enjoying tracing the family history and finding out about our history. I live a busy life, and scrapbooking for me is something I do to relax, take time out for me, and spend time with friends. I’m looking forward to the next 12 months and sharing my love of scrapbooking with everyone.

How long have you been scrapbooking for and why did you start? I’ve been scrapbooking since 2004. I started when invited to a scrapbooking party and I thought it was a great way of recording memories with photos.

Where do you get your inspiration from? I find inspiration in a lot of places, most especially online. A lot of the inspiration for my layouts comes from the photos themselves and the memories I’d like to keep.

Favourite subject to scrap - At the moment, my favourite subjects are the heritage photos I have, but I only have a limited number of them. Otherwise I love to scrapbook my three boys.

One word to describe yourself? Busy. I’m a person who is unable to sit still, always liking to do something.

How would you describe your scrapping style? Eclectic. Sometimes I love doing clean simple layouts, and then I will do a heritage layout full of lace and flowers or a layout for one of the boys full of grunge.

Favourite Kaisercraft Product? The storage drawers. They’re great for storing all the little bits and pieces I gather in scrapbooking.

Favourite Kaisercraft Paper range to date? The Esperance range. I love the colours and patterns.

Favourite Quote? In each day there is a magic moment.

Favourite book? The Belgariad by David Eddings

Favourite Music? Queen

Favourite Food? Dark Chocolate

Any tips for a New Scrapper? Every page doesn’t have to be a masterpiece. It’s the memories that are important.
