Ordering

KITS: Out of stock items within kits may be substituted with a similar product.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse (Geelong Australia) within 48hrs of finalising payment on this site. If an order is not dispatched within 4 working days the customer will be notified.

*We do not deliver to Post Office Box's

Shipping

Freight times varies on location within Australia, see below for approximate times only;

  • Vic –  1 day
  • NSW/SA – 2-5 days
  • QLD – 3-5 days
  • WA – 4-7 days
  • NT – 4-8 days
  • TAS – 4-8 days

International Shipping

Freight time around the world will vary but most orders should be recieved goods within 14 days.

Returns Policy

Refunds or exchanges for damaged or missing stock will only be considered within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Payment

  • We require advanced payment by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Orders will be shipped within 48hrs once payment has been cleared.

User Privacy Policy

Kaisercraft will never share or sell your user information to any third party.

I had your email last month and I have already waited my goods almost 2months because I would not want to bother you. But I could not receive them yet. I just want to receive my parcels!!!

I asked 2 questions two times but you did not answer about them.

Please let me know The air waybill number(or the customs declaration Dispatch note code), then I will try find my goods from Koreanairline postal service.

If I cannot find my goods, what should I do? I guess you have an insurance policy.

I had received my craft products from another crafting company in the USA several times within 2weeks and I am the vip customer at that site.

Please answer me again !!! Thank you.
